Creating a self-care plan during IVF is much like building yourself a personal toolkit. It will help you through the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of the process. By focusing on your wellbeing you’ll be giving yourself the best possible foundation to navigate your IVF journey with resilience and strength.
Keeping a journal can be very beneficial during your fertility treatment. It enables you to keep a record of what you are going through, a daily reminder of the steps and your reactions to each stage, plus it can be a huge help when managing any mental stress and anxiety.
